PUMPKIN BISCUITS AND OAT FLAKES

Ciavarella Cristiano

Ingrediants

200 gr. pumpkin (steamed)
100 gr. oat flakes
raisins to taste
Optional – drops of coccolato, sesame seeds etc.

To prepare the pumpkin biscuits and light oat flakes, we start by cutting the pumpkin in half, removing the seeds and the peel, steam it until it is soft (sink a fork).

Once cooked, put the pumpkin in a bowl and purée it with a fork.

Add a pinch of salt and the oat flakes to taste, mix with a spoon until the two ingredients are blended.

If you have decided to add raisins, this is the moment, or the chocolate chips or any additional ingredient.

We mix again.

Then we go to take a small part of the mixture and with wet hands we obtain many meatballs that we are going to place on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.

We bake in a ventilated hot oven for about 20 minutes at 180 degrees.
