QUINOA TREATS

INGREDIANTS
2 ripe persimmons
2 apples
1 orange
70 g of quinoa flour
25 g of coconut flour
25 g of buckwheat flour
1 teaspoon of yeast
1 teaspoon of cinnamon

Toast the quinoa seeds in a pan and then blend them with a very powerful mixer until you get a fine flour.

Blend the persimmons and grate the apples, place everything in a bowl and add the flours with the baking powder, cinnamon, grated orange zest and the juice of one half

In this way a soft mixture will be obtained which must be spoonfuls of it on a baking sheet lined with baking paper. Cook for 30 minutes at 170 °.
